It is rare for women not to complain of having hips that are too full or having a hint of jodhpur thighs. To fight this unattractive flab and to achieve shapely hips and slender thighs, lie down on your left side, legs together and stretched, chest raised slightly with your head resting on your left hand, right hand placed on the floor at waist height. Raise your right leg slightly and bring it forwards in front of you whilst keeping it out stretched.

Return to the original position and repeat the movement a good ten times before repeating it on your right side. This seemingly very simple exercise allows the muscles of your hips and upper thighs, which are normally rarely used, to work out effectively.
