All You Need:
2 cans al alali White Meat Tuna (drained)
1 can al alali Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
1 cup small tomatoes (cut into halves)
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ cup black olives (pitted and sliced)
¼ cup al alali Natural Vinegar
Salt & white pepper (to taste)
1 gm. black peppercorn
¼ bunch basil (chopped)
1 lemon (juice)
1 cup Feta cheese (cubed)
Directions:
* Mix Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vinegar, lemon juice, basil, black peppercorn.
white pepper and salt. Set aside.
* In a salad bowl, mix al alali White Meat Tuna, al alali Whole Kernel Corn, tomatoes, black olives and feta cheese. * Add the dressing and mix. Serve.
* Garnish with onion rings and basil.
