All You Need:
1 Kg lamp meat
3 onions finely chopped
2 cans al alali Garden Peas (drained)
1 Kg artichoke
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cubes al alali Chicken Stock
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. ground white pepper
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. curcumin
1 cup water
1 lemon
Directions
* In a pot, heat the Olive Oil. Sauté onions, garlic and meat. Cook for 10 minutes on low fire.
* Add spices and water. Cook for 30 minutes, adding water when required.
* Rub the artichoke with lemon.
* Remove the meat. Add artichoke and cook on low fire for 10 minutes.
* Add al alali Garden Peas and cook for 5 minutes.
* Add the meat to the gravy.
* In the serving plate; place the meat in the middle, add the artichoke and peas on top. Add the gravy on the vegetables.
* Serve hot.
