All You Need:
3 cans al alali Diced Beets (drained)
1 can al alali Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 white onion (chopped)
1 tsp. Salt
2 lemon
¼ cup parsley (chopped)
Ground white pepper
1 tsp. al alali Natural Vinegar
Directions:
* Mix al alali Diced Beets and al alali Whole Kernel Corn in a bowl.
* Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, onion, parsley, al alali Natural Vinegar, lemon juice, salt and white pepper to taste. Mix well.
* Garnish with finely chopped parsley and onion.
