Crab Lemon Pasta

A light summer dinner that will fill you up in no time. This recipe makes 4 servings and takes a total of 15 minutes to cook and prepare. There are 416 kilo calories per serving.
Ingredients:
• 350g fettuccine pasta
• 200g fresh or canned crab meat
• 1 large onion finely chopped
• 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and pepper
• 1 lemon juice and zest
• A handful of finely chopped parsley

Directions:
• Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until it has a bit to it.
• Meanwhile, fry the onion in the olive oil until yellow golden color and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and lemon zest, and cook for a few seconds more.
• Throw in the crab meat along with the parsley, and season well with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
• Drain the pasta, keeping back a tiny amount of the cooking water. Put the pasta into the pan and toss with the crab sauce and serve hot.
