Cold feet over Vienna memorial concert

The organisers of the Michael Jackson tribute concert must be tearing their hair out! The event is due to take place in the park around Vienna's Schoenbrunn Palace on 26th September, but has suffered a wave of unfortunate cancellations by performers. Mary J. Blige, Chris Brown and Natalie Cole will not be coming to Austria to sing in memory of the king of pop. However, according to the producer of the huge event, Georg Kindel, there is no need to worry, as around twenty high-profile international artists will be present, although he refuses to reveal their names as yet: "The star is Michael Jackson - it's not about name dropping and who else will be there".

Yes, but with ticket prices ranging from 63 to 519 euros (!),fans would no doubt like to get their money's worth and will be crossing their fingers for the likes of Madonna, Whitney Houston, Lionel Richie and U2 not to disappoint!
