Diab vs. Tamer Hate War

An Amr Diab vs. Tamer Hosny hate war between fans of both singer stars seems to have just broken out. The war has already gone beyond a traditional attack- counterattack to a sort of a real E-War at websites, blogs and online forums.

Following a group called “Tamer Hosny Haters” formation at Face Book Hosny, on his part, has of late attacked fans of Diab saying Diab’s fans already hate and do not respect him.  Inevitably, an eminent face-off between both camps is expected. Why? A new website volleys attacks on Amr Diab.  This is a war, it seems, some started to involve both stars in, especially that site launchers announced affiliation to Hosny’s camp.

The website is designated “Amr Diab Haters,” which is basically a multi-section forum where crosses and stop signs cover photos of Diab all over. More, “Amr Diab Haters” picks on Diab’s “falls” and holds him accountable mercilessly. “Haters” also shows –ironically yet in verbally abusive, criminalized terms – copies of Diab’s “plagiarisms” from western songs as well as posters and (poses) allegedly duplicated from western originals.  Other comments pick on Diab and compare him unfavorably, sometimes unreasonably, with Hosny.  Jeers include: “Diab’s Days Gone!” “Gone Are Your Days, Adma (Bone), Gone Are Tamaly Ma’ak Days, Adma, You Walking Play Back!” Some have even ventured to substitute Diab’s nickname Adma (Bone) for Hadaba (Hill) and Kilab (Dogs) for Diab.

Odd content includes manipulated graphics for Diab’s “Elm Alby’s” (My Heart Felt) cover in which Diab let his hair where lipsticks were added and his face played along a “Bus Al Wa Wa” (Kiss Wound). Three pictures covered all over with “Naked Gay”, moreover, show Diab half-naked.

The pictures are manipulated from shots of Ice Cream in Gleem in which Diab was taking a steam bath with two other actors.

Diab is also shown among a company alongside a pool, a picture already published years ago. Worst of all, Diab is shown bribing unknowns. Other pictures show Diab closing his eyes as though drunk. A rarity shows Diab smoking water pipe, an evidence, pictures seem to claim, of self-contradiction since Diab preaches non-smoking among youth. Claims do not exclude his academic degrees, either. How could a role model, argument seems to reason, have an incomplete education? 

           
“Haters” also accuse Diab of Hosny’s villa’s fire accident and other unreasonable hysterical claims by Hosny’s fans as “Haters” seem to clearly show. More frequently, where you will find Diab compared (unfavorably) to Hosny, Hosny’s fans respond Diab instigated “Tamer Hosny Haters” in the first place.

Why, instead of street language being traded freely online, is not anybody accountable for slandering celebrities online?
