Matt Damon: ghost hunter?

Currently in the midst of some intensive promotion along with Steven Soderbergh for their new film "The Informant", Matt Damon is not struggling for work

He has also just accepted the lead role in "Hereafter", a new feature film to be produced and directed by Clint Eastwood.

Peter Morgan ("Frost/Nixon") is writing the script for this fantasy thriller which is officially said to be inspired by M. Night Shyamalan's "The Sixth Sense" (1999). Now that Matt Damon in onboard, filming seems to be imminent.


This is Clint Eastwood's first real foray into fantasy, although the genre has become more and more present in his films since "Mystic River".
