Hesitations over Mad Max 4
"Mad Max 4: Fury Road" is generating a lot of gossip. Charlize Theron's participation seems to be certain, but director George Miller ("Mad Max", "Babe 2", "Happy Feet") is still hesitating over his choice of the lucky male actor to take the title role. His heart is torn between Australian Sam Worthington and Englishman Tom Hardy! The choice is even harder given that looks-wise the actors are like two peas in a pod. One thing is certain: Mel Gibson will not appear because, George Miller says, "Mel was 21 when he made the first "Mad Max" in 1979, he is much older now and his passion for cinema has turned towards directing."
Filming is planned to take place over 2 and a half years in the Sydney area (Australia) and should generate over 500 jobs, injecting 10 million dollars into the local economy, according to The Daily Telegraph.
