He had just released a telephone conversation between himself and his daughter, which he took great pains to tape! A blunder even more upsetting for Lindsay as we hear crying bitterly down the phone complaining about her mother's lack of understanding. Also a singer and designer, the actress has asked a lawyer to begin legal proceedings. There is no question of handling this kind of father with kid gloves...

Lindsay has already avenged herself against Daddy Lohan by launching into a bitter commentary on her Twitter page: "My father's such a loser, he's a lunatic, he won't stop hassling me, and he deserves to be behind bars."
