Caring for Weak Hair
An incorrect diet may be the cause of weak, brittle, and thin hair which easily breaks and comes out even with a light tug. There is no single effective treatment to restore a healthy look to weak hair.
We also know that despite considerable progress made in cosmetic science and medicine, we do not have effective hair growth products.
The rate of shedding could be slowed down by providing hair follicles with sufficient nutrients (vitamins and amino acids), improving the circulation of the scalp skin, and controlling sebum secretion.
Use products which stimulate the follicles and control the production of sebum, by rubbing them into the skin of your head. Gently wash your hair, avoiding pulling and tugging.
Daily care regimen should include gentle shampoos with high levels of conditioning agents. Watch your diet to make sure it is rich in vitamins and microelements.
